SADE
Her name was Sade.
She came to us young, strong, and reactive — a dog the world was already writing off. Four homes. Resource guarding. The kind of case most trainers decline. We didn't.
What Sade needed wasn't more discipline. She needed an outlet and a foundation. We found hers: running beside a bike. But first, she had to learn to focus — to slow down at a crosswalk, hold still when a squirrel cut across the path, trust the person beside her even when everything in her body said run. We built that, cue by cue, week by week, all without force.
That's what board and train is at Citizen Canines. Not obedience for its own sake. A foundation that gives a dog the ability to settle, to focus, and to live well — for the rest of their life.

What Your Dog’s Stay Will Look Like
This isn’t a crowded commercial kennel. Your dog stays in a small, home-based environment where training can become part of normal daily life.
Throughout the program, your dog receives:
